Community Guidelines
Effective date: July 16, 2026
These guidelines apply to use of Quenta Community, learning resources, discussions, feature suggestions, and shared content.
Capitalized terms not defined in these Guidelines have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service.
1. Purpose of Quenta Community
Quenta Community is intended for MSME owners, accountants, bookkeepers, tax advisors, partners, and Quenta users to learn, discuss business operations, share practices, ask questions, suggest features, and support responsible use of Quenta.
“Quenta Community” or “Community” means Quenta’s online community features, including learning resources, discussions, feature-suggestion channels, and shared content made available through or in connection with the Service.
Participation in Quenta Community is subject to these Guidelines. Quenta reserves the right to moderate content and suspend or restrict access to Quenta Community for any violation of these Guidelines.
2. Community Content Is Not Professional Advice
Community content is provided for general information, education, and discussion only. It is not accounting, tax, legal, audit, payroll, employment, financial, investment, or other professional advice from Quenta.
Unless expressly stated in writing by Quenta, Quenta does not verify, approve, endorse, or assume responsibility for any user-generated content, advice, recommendation, template, comment, or response posted in Quenta Community.
Users should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to their circumstances. Users are solely responsible for evaluating whether any Community content is appropriate for their own business, legal, tax, accounting, payroll, financial, or operational needs.
3. Rules
In participating in Quenta Community, users must:
be respectful, constructive, accurate, and relevant;
not share confidential business information, client data, employee data, TINs, payroll information, financial records, accounting records, tax records, government-issued identification information, contact details, or personal data unless they have the necessary authority, notices, consents, contractual rights, or other lawful basis to do so, and the disclosure is lawful, appropriate, necessary, and secure;
not post unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, abusive, threatening, misleading, deceptive, fraudulent, spam, infringing, malicious, obscene, exploitative, or otherwise inappropriate content;
not upload malware, malicious links, harmful scripts, phishing content, or content intended to compromise accounts, systems, data, or security controls;
not present themselves as a Quenta employee, official advisor, accredited accountant, approved partner, authorized representative, or other person connected with Quenta unless expressly authorized by Quenta to do so;
not misrepresent their identity, business affiliation, professional credentials, authority, customer relationship, or partner status;
not give misleading advice or represent that general information is sufficient for another user’s legal, tax, accounting, payroll, employment, audit, financial, or professional situation;
not use Quenta Community to solicit clients, promote unrelated products or services, conduct unauthorized advertising, send spam, operate referral schemes, or collect leads without Quenta’s prior written approval; and
not post content that violates these Guidelines, the Terms of Service, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Privacy Policy, or applicable law.
4. Moderation
Quenta may moderate, edit, remove, hide, restrict, archive, label, disable, or refuse Community content toto enforce these Guidelines, address misuse, comply with law, respond to complaints, protect rights, preserve security, or otherwise reasonably protect Quenta, its users, and the quality and integrity of Quenta Community.
Quenta may suspend or restrict Community access, with or without prior notice, for misuse or violation of these Guidelines, the Terms of Service, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Privacy Policy, or applicable law.
Quenta is not obligated to monitor all Community content and does not assume responsibility for user-generated content by moderating, failing to moderate, removing, or failing to remove any content.
5. Ideas and Feature Suggestions
By submitting feedback, ideas, suggestions, feature requests, roadmap input, workflow recommendations, bug reports, or proposed improvements, users agree that Quenta may use, implement, develop, reproduce, tmodify, adapt, commercialize, reject, or ignore them without restriction, attribution, payment, royalty, approval, or obligation to the user.
To the extent any rights in such feedback, ideas, suggestions, feature requests, roadmap input, workflow recommendations, bug reports, or proposed improvements cannot be licensed as stated, the user assigns those rights to Quenta or waives enforcement of such rights to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
6. Intellectual Property Complaints
If you believe that content available through Quenta Community or the Service infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact Quenta at inquire@quenta.ph with sufficient information to identify the allegedly infringing content, the intellectual property rights claimed to be infringed, your authority to act for the rights holder, and your contact details.
Quenta may remove, restrict, disable, or preserve the relevant content, account, or materials while reviewing the complaint or taking other action that Quenta considers appropriate.
7. No Resale of Community and Educational Materials
Community resources, templates, checklists, guides, sample reports, implementation materials, workflows, training materials, and educational content made available by Quenta are for users’ internal reference, learning, and authorized use of the Service only.
They may not be sold, resold, republished, redistributed, extracted, scraped, sublicensed, commercialized, or used to create competing training materials, templates, workflows, products, or services without Quenta’s prior written consent.
