Community Guidelines
Effective date: June 18, 2026
These guidelines apply to use of Quenta Community, learning resources, discussions, feature suggestions, and shared content.
1. Purpose of Quenta Community
Quenta Community is intended for MSME owners, accountants, bookkeepers, tax advisors, partners, and Quenta users to learn, discuss business operations, share practices, ask questions, suggest features, and support responsible use of Quenta.
2. Community Content Is Not Professional Advice
Community content is for general information only. It is not accounting, tax, legal, audit, payroll, employment, financial, or professional advice from Quenta. Users should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to their circumstances.
3. Rules
Be respectful, constructive, and relevant.
Do not share confidential business information, client data, employee data, TINs, payroll information, financial records, or personal data unless you are authorized and it is safe to do so.
Do not post unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, misleading, spam, or infringing content.
Do not present yourself as a Quenta employee, official advisor, or approved partner unless authorized.
Do not give misleading professional advice or claim that general information is sufficient for another user’s legal/tax/accounting situation.
4. Moderation
Quenta may moderate, edit, remove, hide, restrict, archive, or refuse Community content at its discretion. Quenta may suspend Community access for misuse.
5. Ideas and Feature Suggestions
By submitting feedback, ideas, suggestions, feature requests, roadmap input, workflow recommendations, bug reports, or improvements, you agree that Quenta may use, implement, commercialize, modify, publish, reject, or ignore them without restriction, attribution, payment, royalty, approval, or obligation to you. To the extent any rights in feedback cannot be licensed as stated, you assign those rights to Quenta or waive enforcement of such rights to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. Intellectual Property Complaints
If you believe content available through Quenta Community or the Service infringes your intellectual property rights, contact Quenta at inquire@quenta.ph with sufficient information to identify the allegedly infringing content, your rights, and your contact details. Quenta may remove, restrict, or disable content at its discretion while reviewing the complaint.
7. No Resale of Community and Educational Materials
Community resources, templates, checklists, guides, sample reports, and educational content made available by Quenta are for internal learning and business use only. They may not be resold, republished, redistributed, extracted, or used to create competing training materials, templates, or services without Quenta’s prior written consent.
If users submit ideas, feedback, suggestions, feature requests, or roadmap input, they grant Quenta a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, develop, modify, commercialize, reproduce, distribute, and incorporate them into the Service without compensation or obligation.
