Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date: July 16, 2026
This policy describes prohibited uses of Quenta and helps protect the platform, customers, data, payment features, and community.
Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service.
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy protects Quenta, customers, users, and the integrity of the Service. It applies to all use of the website, app, APIs, Community, support channels, OCR features, uploads, integrations, and related services.
2. Prohibited Conduct
2.1 Payment, Fraud, AML, and Sanctions Misuse
Customers may not use Quenta, any connected payment feature, or any integration for fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, illegal gambling, prohibited goods or services, unauthorized collections, fake invoices, sham transactions, illegal lending, investment solicitation, regulated financial services without the required authorization, unauthorized remittance, or any activity prohibited by Quenta, any payment provider, applicable law, card network rules, wallet rules, bank rules, or provider rules.
Customers may not use Quenta to create, upload, store, process, issue, transmit, or support false, misleading, fictitious, backdated, simulated, or fraudulent invoices, receipts, books, ledgers, accounting records, tax records, payroll records, financial statements, or other business records.
Customers may not use Quenta to facilitate tax evasion, falsification of commercial or accounting records, misrepresentation to customers, suppliers, employees, regulators, tax authorities, banks, investors, auditors, or other third parties, or any act punishable under the Revised Penal Code of the Philippines, tax laws, cybercrime laws, access device laws, anti-money laundering laws, or other applicable laws.
Quenta may suspend, restrict, or disable payment-related features or integrations if Quenta reasonably believes that an account, transaction, customer, user, or connected activity presents fraud, chargeback, AML, sanctions, legal, regulatory, reputational, payment-provider, or financial-crime risk.
Promotion, Trial, and Account Abuse
Users may not create duplicate accounts, false identities, fake companies, self-referrals, manipulated trials, artificial usage, or other arrangements to obtain free trials, launch pricing, partner discounts, referral benefits, coupons, credits, or promotional offers improperly.
Quenta may deny, reverse, suspend, or terminate promotional benefits, trial access, partner benefits, referral benefits, or discounted pricing if Quenta reasonably believes they were obtained through abuse, fraud, misrepresentation, technical manipulation, or violation of applicable offer terms.
2.2 Security, Platform, and Data Misuse
Users may not:
engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful use of the Service;
upload malware, viruses, harmful scripts, malicious files, or any code, file, or content intended to disrupt, damage, interfere with, intercept, or expropriate any system, data, or personal information;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, infrastructure, accounts, source code, systems, or other users’ data;
bypass authentication, role controls, branch controls, subscription limits, billing controls, rate limits, feature gates, security controls, or usage restrictions;
scrape, crawl, bulk extract, publish benchmarks, conduct load testing, conduct penetration testing, or use automated access without Quenta’s prior written approval;
reverse-engineer, copy, resell, sublicense, or use the Service to build, train, improve, benchmark, validate, compare, or support a competing product or service, except to the extent such restriction is not permitted by applicable law;
upload, submit, transmit, disclose, or otherwise process personal data, confidential information, or third-party data through the Service unless they have the necessary authority, notices, consents, contractual rights, or other lawful basis to do so;
use the Quenta Community, support channels, or other communication features for spam, harassment, defamation, misleading advice, unlawful solicitation, or unrelated promotion; or
misrepresent their identity, professional credentials, business authority, partner status, customer relationship, company affiliation, or authority to act for any person or entity.
Attempting unauthorized access to the Service, infrastructure, accounts, source code, systems, or other users’ data.
Bypassing authentication, role controls, branch controls, subscription limits, billing controls, rate limits, or feature gates.
, bulk extraction, benchmarking publication, load testing, penetration testing, or automated access without written approval.
, or using the Service to build a competing product except as allowed by law.
Uploading personal data, confidential information, or third-party data without lawful authority.
Using Quenta Community or support channels for spam, harassment, defamation, misleading advice, unlawful solicitation, or unrelated promotion.
Misrepresenting identity, professional credentials, business authority, partner status, or customer relationship.
3. Enforcement
Quenta may remove content, suspend features, restrict accounts, revoke access, require remediation, disable integrations, or terminate accounts that violate this Policy, the Terms of Service, or applicable law, or that create legal, security, privacy, operational, financial, payment-provider, or reputational risk.
Quenta may take immediate action, with or without prior notice, where Quenta reasonably believes that urgent action is necessary to protect the Service, Quenta Technology, customers, users, data, payment features, providers, or the public, or to prevent fraud, security incidents, legal violations, or harm.
Misuse of the Service, Quenta Technology, confidential information, payment features, APIs, security controls, or customer data may cause irreparable harm. Quenta may suspend access, preserve relevant records and evidence, cooperate with payment providers, service providers, regulators, law enforcement, or other competent authorities where appropriate, seek urgent injunctive relief, and recover enforcement costs to the extent permitted by law.
4. Additional SaaS and IP Restrictions
In addition to the prohibited conduct above, users may not copy, reproduce, frame, mirror, scrape, crawl, extract, benchmark, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, modify, translate, create derivative works from, or attempt to discover the source code, architecture, workflows, business logic, data models, algorithms, templates, configurations, reports, implementation methods, or underlying structure of the Service, except to the extent such restriction is not permitted by applicable law.
Users may not sell, distribute, disclose, publish, circulate, or otherwise make available to the public any source code, architecture, workflows, business logic, data models, algorithms, templates, configurations, reports, implementation methods, or other proprietary materials relating to the Service.
Users may not access or use the Service to build, train, improve, benchmark, validate, compare, or support any product or service that competes with, substitutes for, or is materially similar to the Service.
Users may not publish benchmark results, performance tests, security assessments, comparison reports, or technical evaluations of the Service without Quenta’s prior written consent.
Users may not conduct penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, load testing, credential testing, automated security testing, or similar activity against the Service without Quenta’s prior written authorization.
