Misuse of the Service, Quenta Technology, confidential information, payment features, APIs, security controls, or customer data may cause irreparable harm. Quenta may suspend access, preserve evidence, cooperate with providers or authorities where appropriate, seek urgent injunctive relief, and recover enforcement costs to the extent permitted by law.
Quenta may remove content, suspend features, restrict accounts, revoke access, require remediation, or terminate accounts that violate this policy or create legal, security, privacy, operational, or reputational risk.
